By downloading, installing, or using ZeltrivoAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
ZeltrivoAI provides AI-powered writing tools for estate agents, including automated lead replies, property listing generation, and viewing confirmation messages. The Service is provided via a mobile application and web interface.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a professional estate agent or acting on behalf of an estate agency to use this Service.
4. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials secure. • All activity that occurs under your account. • Ensuring that the information in your profile is accurate. • Notifying us immediately at support@zeltrivoai.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use ZeltrivoAI to: • Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or in breach of property advertising standards. • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including the Property Misdescriptions Act. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service. • Use the Service in any way that could harm other users or our systems.
6. AI-generated content
ZeltrivoAI uses third-party AI technology to generate content. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. • You are responsible for reviewing all content before sending it to clients or publishing it. • ZeltrivoAI does not guarantee the suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
7. Intellectual property
Content you generate using ZeltrivoAI belongs to you. ZeltrivoAI retains ownership of the Service, including all software, design, and branding.
8. Platform operator access
As the operator of ZeltrivoAI, we may access user-generated content — including AI-generated responses, prompts, and usage records stored within the platform — for the following legitimate purposes: • Providing customer support and diagnosing technical issues. • Ensuring compliance with these Terms of Service and applicable law. • Preventing fraud, abuse, or misuse of the Service. • Improving the quality and safety of the Service. This access is carried out only to the extent necessary for the above purposes. We do not share, sell, or use this content for advertising or for any purpose outside of operating and improving the Service. 9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeltrivoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
